Must Have Skills: Lead strategic pharmacy technology initiatives supporting enrollment, membership, and payment platforms. Partner with business, product, and technology executives to align delivery roadmaps with enterprise priorities. Drive governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and execution across complex healthcare technology initiatives.

Detailed Job Description: A manager with 10 plus years of experience leading and mentoring diverse IT teams, while maintaining the strategic direction and management of an organizations technology infrastructure and systems. A strong leader with the ability to coach and facilitate programs projects from inception to completion while gaining support and building rapport with individuals on all levels.

Technical Background: Basic Application Fundamentals TruCare, Planview, Jira, Lawson, Kronos, EAM, GHR, Service Now, Clarit. Minimum years of experience: 10 years
