Job Description: Front Desk CoordinatorPosition SummaryThe Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional salon and spa experience. This role is responsible for managing appointments, supporting service providers, handling transactions, and maintaining a positive and efficient front desk environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departureAnswer phones, respond to inquiries, and book appointments using the salon software systemConfirm appointments and manage daily scheduling to maximize productivity and guest satisfactionHandle guest check-ins and check-outs, including retail sales and payment processingMaintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby areaSupport the service team by monitoring appointment flow and communicating updatesPromote and educate guests on retail products, service packages, and promotionsResolve scheduling conflicts or guest concerns with a solution-oriented mindsetAssist with inventory tracking and receiving deliveries as neededRepresent Lords & Ladies with professionalism in appearance, tone, and communicationParticipate in ongoing training, meetings, and company eventsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service or front desk experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficient with computers and scheduling systems (training provided)Professional appearance and demeanorAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (retail boxes, inventory items)Frequent use of hands for typing, phones, and handling productsComfortable working in a salon environment with exposure to beauty productsWork EnvironmentClient-focused, high-energy salon and medical spaFast-paced front desk area with high guest interactionCollaborative team environment with professional standardsEncouraged to build strong client relationships and support salon goalsBenefits and CompensationCompetitive hourly pay starting at $12 and above depending on experience and full time or part time.Short- and long-term disability (Depending on Full Time) Paid time off (PTO) (Depending on Full Time) Opportunities for growth and advancementSimple IRA Options (If Eligible via Handbook) About Lords & LadiesFor over 40 years, Lords & Ladies Salon and Medical Spa has built a reputation for excellence through our commitment to guest service, professional education, and brand integrity.
