Healthcare M&A / Transaction Advisory Experienced Associate I'm partnering with a highly regarded advisory platform is seeking a Senior Associate with 2-5 years of healthcare investment banking, transaction advisory, or financial due diligence experience. This role offers direct exposure to executives, investors, and transaction decision-makers while working on complex healthcare M&A engagements. What you\'ll do: Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Build client presentations and transaction materials. Analyze healthcare companies, market trends, and investment opportunities. Work directly with senior leadership throughout live deal processes. Ideal Background 2-5 years in healthcare investment banking, TAS, or FDD. Strong modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Experience supporting M&A transactions and diligence engagements.
