Job Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred (an equivalent combination of experience and education is acceptable).
• ServSafe Food Manager's Certification or eligibility to attain it.
• Proficiency in operational dimensions - inventory control, food safety, personnel management, and more.
• Experience with cash handling and loss prevention.
• Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, basic math, and record keeping.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. and perform essential job functions, including standing for long periods and working in variable temperature environments.
• Must pass an airport-mandated FBI Criminal Background Check.
• Reliable transportation is essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities
