Summary

Responsible for supporting business development, proposal development, client relationships, and company marketing efforts. This position will help grow the company"s pipeline, maintain strong customer relationships, coordinate proposals and sales opportunities, and strengthen the company"s brand and market presence.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company"s sales pipeline, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, and client follow-up.
- Coordinate and prepare professional proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, opportunity reports, proposal logs, and client communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through meetings, events, calls, and other outreach.
- Manage marketing and branding initiatives, including website updates, LinkedIn content, newsletters, promotional materials, and client gifts.
- Coordinate company events, industry sponsorships, charitable activities, project photography, and other activities that support the company"s brand.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, proposal coordination, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience preparing proposals, presentations, marketing materials, or other client-facing documents.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other common business/marketing tools.
- Professional, personable, and confident when interacting with clients, prospects, employees, and industry contacts.
