Registered Nurse - NICU (Per Diem)

This per diem position is for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to neonates. This role requires local travel, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in various hospital environments.

Schedule

7 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to newborns in a NICU setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate and support families of neonates regarding care plans and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
• Current New Jersey RN License.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
