Our Restaurant, Lex Yard, seeks a Matre D'hotel Hospitality Coordinator who will be the first and last impression of an extraordinary dining experience. This role requires an individual with a warm and engaging presence, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for Forbes 5-Star hospitality. You will set the tone for our guests' journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized arrival, dining, and departure experience. With expert knowledge of seating flow and a commitment to anticipatory service, you will create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, remembering guest names and preferences to enhance every visit.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Create an exceptional fine dining experience: Greet guests with warmth and sophistication, escorting them to their tables to set the tone for an elevated dining experience
• Ensure impeccable service: Oversee restaurant staff and service execution to deliver seamless and memorable fine dining experiences that exceed guest expectations
• Manage reservations and guest flow: Maintain the reservation system and logbook, expertly coordinating seating arrangements to optimize service efficiency and ambiance
• Elevate team performance: Schedule and assign daily tasks, provide feedback and training for continuous refinement, and guide team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to the highest standards of fine dining service
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
