Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area

• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry

• Monitor visitor sign-in and follow facility protocols

• Support various departments as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
