We are a fast-growing developer focused on community and distributed solar and energy storage projects across the United States. Our team brings decades of combined experience spanning renewable energy development, utilities, and real estate.
Our development strategy is agile and policy-driven, allowing us to identify attractive markets and rapidly advance projects that deliver both economic and environmental value to local communities. We focus on building strong partnerships with landowners, utilities, and stakeholders to successfully bring projects from early-stage origination through development.

The Senior Associate of Development will help originate and advance new solar projects from the ground up, with a strong focus on land acquisition and interconnection. This role offers significant exposure to early-stage development strategy and the chance to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where individuals can make a direct impact on company growth.
You’ll work closely with experienced development leaders while building relationships across landowners, consultants, and utilities to move projects efficiently through the development process.

Job Details
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–4 years of experience in renewable energy project development (distributed generation, community solar, or C&I solar preferred)
Experience with early-stage project development activities such as site origination, land agreements, interconnection, and project diligence
Financial acumen and familiarity with financial modeling for renewable energy projects
Strong project management skills with the ability to synthesize risks and opportunities into actionable plans
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail and accountability
Interest in working in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment
