At Antheia, you can expect to be inspired by the science, by your teammates, and by the opportunity we have to bring about change in the pharmaceutical industry./ph3HR Operations Employee Lifecycle/h3ulliSupport the administration of key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee record management/liliMaintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality/liliPrepare and process HR documentation including offer letters, employment changes, and employee communications/liliCoordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and ensure a positive onboarding experience/li/ulh3Recruiting Administration/h3ulliSupport the recruiting process by reviewing and screening resumes against job requirements/liliConduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest/liliCoordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams/liliAssist with reference checks and background check coordination/liliMaintain candidate data and recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/liliPartner with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience/liliAssist with drafting job postings and managing postings across recruiting platform/li/ulpHR Systems Data Management/pulliServe as a primary administrator or key support resource for the HRIS system/liliMaintain employee records, reporting structures, and organizational data/liliGenerate HR reports and analytics to support leadership and HR initiatives/liliSupport system audits, updates, and improvements to enhance HR processes/liliAssist with integrations between HR systems and other business systems/li/ulpImmigration Support/pulliProvide administrative support for employment-based immigration processes, working closely with immigration counsel and employees/liliCoordinate documentation and track timelines related to visa applications, renewals, and immigration filings/liliMaintain organized and compliant records related to immigration cases/liliAssist employees with general questions related to immigration processes and documentation requirements/li/ulpBenefits, Payroll Leave Administration/pulliAssist with benefits administration including employee enrollments, changes, and employee questions/liliPartner with payroll to ensure accurate employee data and support payroll-related inquiries/liliMaintain documentation related to benefits and compensation programs/li/ulpWorkers Compensation Unemployment Administration/pulliCoordinate and administer workers compensation claims, including reporting incidents, maintaining documentation, and liaising with insurance providers/liliSupport employees and managers through the workers compensation process and track claim status/liliAssist with the administration and documentation of unemployment claims, including responding to requests for information and coordinating with relevant agencies/liliMaintain accurate records related to claims and ensure compliance with reporting requirements/li/ulpCompliance HR Programs/pulliHelp ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws/liliMaintain employee files and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements/liliEstablish and maintain a streamlined, well-organized HR filing system (both digital and physical) to ensure proper recordkeeping and easy retrieval of HR documentation/liliSupport HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement programs, and HR communications/li/ulpEmployee Support/pulliServe as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, systems, and processes both in the US and globally/liliProvide guidance and support on HR procedures and direct employees to appropriate resources/liliHelp maintain a positive and professional employee experience/li/ulpPerform other job responsibilities as required./ppQualifications/pulliBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field/lili35 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Administration/liliExperience working with HRIS systems (such as ADP, Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, or similar)/liliExcellent technical skills including Excel and HR reporting tools/liliStrong attention to detail and data accuracy/liliExcellent organizational and time management skills/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information/liliHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus/li/ulpAdditional Information: Full-time base salary range of $87,500 $110,000 plus an annual bonus potential and equity opportunities./ppThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
