Job Description & Requirements
What Success Looks Like and ethical performance with our clients throughout their Intercare experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field required
Preferred Experience:
- Working with children in ABA, school services, or a related field.
- Coaching, mentoring, or training others.
- Facilitating small groups or leading training sessions.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Clear communication and confident feedback delivery.
- Motivates and supports individuals across a range of experience levels.
- Organized, with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Troubleshoots issues as they surface, without waiting to be asked.
- Positive, energetic presence that keeps learners engaged.
- Balances support with accountability.
Additional Requirements:
- This is an in-person position, 30 hours per week, based in-center with field-based work across your assigned region.
- Reliable transportation.
- Meets all required background, health, and compliance standards.
