Field Readiness Coach
Intercare Therapy
Intercare Therapy is seeking a Field Readiness Coach to support and elevate our ABA teams serving children and young adults with autism. In this role, you will coach and mentor field clinicians, provide structured onboarding and ongoing training, and conduct in-field observations to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. You will collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary partners to support individualized treatment goals while promoting Intercare’s culture of compassion, clinical excellence, and continuous learning. This position offers robust clinical training, mentorship, and clear paths for career advancement in a mission-driven environment.
