Compensation:$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:Meet with motivated homebuyers and guide them through the purchase process
Understand buyer needs and recommend properties that fit their goals
Follow up consistently to convert qualified leads into closings
Deliver an exceptional client experience that drives referrals and repeat business
Manage your sales pipeline using CRM and scheduling systems
Host open houses and engage team-provided buyer leads
Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings
Active Maryland Real Estate License required
Full-time availability and strong work ethic
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
