Key Responsibilities\n

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs and responses to therapy.

• Coordinate and refer clients to specialists or additional programs when indicated, ensuring continuity of care and comprehensive support.

• Document sessions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to established protocols for client confidentiality and data management.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, supervision, and peer collaboration to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a varied clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n
