$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences consistently.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and promote professional growth.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improving service and increasing revenue.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

• Create and manage staff schedules, optimizing coverage while respecting the work-life balance needs of the team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and motivating a front-of-house team to achieve exceptional guest service.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ability to develop and implement training programs that enhance team skills and foster professional growth.
• Strong skills in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Experience in analyzing sales data to identify trends and drive revenue growth.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
