This role plays a key part in our monthly close process and in maintaining the financial integrity of every project we touch.What You'll DoSupport the monthly accounting close and reporting cycle, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and Percentage of Completion (POC) entriesMonitor vendor and subcontractor invoices, commissions, compliance documentation, and overall project financial activityGenerate and analyze reports including Payroll, A/R, A/P, Contract Status, and Job Cost, identifying discrepancies and trendsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and continuous improvement of workflows, procedures, and internal controlsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivablesExcel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platformsHighly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven, evolving environmentA growth mindset — you're naturally curious, quick to learn, and motivated to deepen your knowledge every dayExperience with WIP or Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting is a plus, not a requirementWhy You'll Love Working With UsYou'll be part of a close-knit team that values integrity, teamwork, and doing things right.You'll gain hands-on experience in a growing company with real opportunity to expand your skills and advance.You'll do meaningful work that directly supports projects we're proud to deliver.
