Key Responsibilities Provide HR Business Partner support related to employee relations, performance management, talent matters, and policy interpretation. Conduct investigations, participate in case discussions, and maintain thorough, legally sound documentation. Support attendance tracking, reporting, and HR-related analysis. Facilitate disciplinary meetings, performance improvement plans, leave of absence discussions, and accommodation requests. Partner with leaders to provide consultative guidance on employee concerns and workplace issues. Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources experience; HR Business Partner or Employee Relations experience preferred. Strong investigation, case management, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. Working knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and HR best practices.
