Interim Fund Controller We are currently seeking candidates for an Interim Fund Controller at a global asset management company located in Boston, MA, 02115. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in venture capital/private equity and complex financial reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth administration of our venture capital funds. This is a 3+ month temporary role. Hourly Pay Rate (1099): Between $90.00 and $100 (based on relevant work experience) within a 40-hour work week. On-site 3 days per week. Starts March 23, 2026. Responsibilities Manage and oversee fund administration activities, ensuring all processes comply with regulatory requirements and best practices. Assist in the preparation and management of fundraising reports, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders. Conduct quality assurance checks on data housed within the Limited Partner (LP) Portal, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Perform thorough data checking and manage document postings within internal and external systems. Review and interpret the specific terms in Simple Agreements for Future Equity (SAFE), focusing on post‑money valuation caps and ensuring accurate conversion of SAFEs into equity.
