Construction and Business Development Coordinator

Development And Business Development Coordinator

The Development and Business Development Coordinator performs a variety of tasks to plan and accomplish goals in all areas of the Construction and Investor Group.

Essential Construction Management Functions

• Support in generating work product for both Corporate Counsel and Construction Management • Lease abstracting/Construction marketing materials • Attend development meetings

Essential Business Development Functions

• Primary liaison for Investor communications • Oversee ownership transfer requests from Investors w/ counsel • Maintain annual transfer files/Schedule A’s/Investor master list • Assist corporate counsel in drafting Annual Letters and interim correspondence • Oversee and Update Master Investor List • Primary lead on Investor Portal set up • Liaison w/ New Investors on New Offerings

Key Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in the construction, Development or Real Estate industry • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong computer skills including experience using MS Word, Excel, etc. • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to develop and/or recognize creative, appropriate solutions that enhance team services.
