Desktop Support TechnicianI am writing to inform you that we have one open position in Field Services Branch - Frankfort for a desktop support technician. The position will be located at 275 East Main Street, Frankfort KY 40601. The technician will provide support for multiple agencies in downtown Frankfort.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide desktop support for agency users in Windows-based environments.Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop hardware and software.Diagnose and resolve technical issues both onsite and remotely.Perform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support.Deliver outstanding customer service while responding to user requests and incidents.Document issues, resolutions, and support activities as required.Required QualificationsMinimum of 1-2 years of hands-on desktop support experience.Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software in a Windows environment.Working knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.Strong communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the service area.Ability to lift and carry equipment and work in physically demanding or uncomfortable positions for extended periods when necessary.Preferred SkillsExperience supporting enterprise IT environments.Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and ticketing systems.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
