We are seeking a proven Territory Sales Manager with experience selling within the construction, building products or specialty products industries . Candidates with experience selling products such as windows, garage doors, or similar niche products are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential contractors, builders, homeowners, and existing customers.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business through networking, research, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct onsite customer meetings and deliver professional product and service presentations.
• Manage assigned projects and job sites to ensure work meets company specifications and applicable codes.
• Keep customers informed of product updates, enhancements, and changes.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and account information.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate expense records.

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of successful sales experience
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• B2B and/or direct-to-consumer sales experience.
• Construction, building products, or specialty product sales experience
• Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Base plus commission -total earning potential: $100K–$200K+ (uncapped)
