Our Area Sales Leaders (ASL) are the driving force behind that mission. They don’t just lead sales teams – they inspire, coach, and empower our New Home Specialists (NHS) to perform at the highest level. You’ll work closely with leadership and construction teams to align strategy, elevate performance, and deliver an unmatched experience for every Brown Haven client.

Your Competitive Edge:

• Proven Sales Leadership Success. 5+ years of sales leadership experience in residential home building; you’ve led winning teams, exceeded revenue goals, and know how to inspire others to do the same.
• Driven Over Degrees. A bachelor’s is preferred, but grit, results, and ambition matter more.
• Willingness to Learn. You pick up new systems quickly and thrive in a fast‑moving environment – experience with tools like HubSpot is a plus.
• Coach & Motivator. You lead from the front – training, empowering, and celebrating success while keeping standards high.
• Strategic & Results‑Driven. You think big, act fast, and use data and process to drive performance and growth.
• Clear & Confident Communicator. You build trust through authenticity, professionalism, and presence.

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $350,000 USD
