Jellycat has an exciting opportunity for a new Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing Finance Team. This role is suitable for someone with 2+ years experience within an accounts payable team. Responsibilities Processing purchase invoices through three-way matching (POs, invoices, receipts). Posting purchase ledger entries into the accounting system, including invoices, payments and allocations. Preparing all payment runs. Maintaining vendor records and supporting onboarding documentation. Managing Concur staff expenses system. Assisting with year-end audits and 1099 preparation. Serving as backup for the PO process. Implementing and adhering to controls. Monitoring aging reports and helping maintain healthy vendor relationships. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of experience within an Accounts Payable capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail & a good understanding of Excel. Good financial knowledge. Highly organized and ability to prioritize your workload appropriately. Collaborative and pro-active approach.
