Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team during shifts to deliver outstanding customer service
Manage daily operations including food quality, safety, and cleanliness
Handle scheduling and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth shift transitions
Resolve customer concerns with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous management or supervisory experience in food & beverage preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
