Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage daily operations including food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Handle scheduling and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Resolve customer concerns with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management or supervisory experience in food & beverage preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
