Job Title: Certified OR Tech (Travel)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 3x12 Hours

Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Certified OR Tech for an exciting Travel job in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Set up surgical suites for procedures.

• Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.

• Assist surgeons during procedures.

• Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical cases.

• Handle instruments and supplies according to sterile technique standards.

• Support perioperative patient care and operating room workflow.

• Document procedural activities as required.

• Follow infection control and operating room safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• CST Certification required.

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience.

• BLS Certification.

• Strong knowledge of sterile processing and surgical instrumentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple surgical specialties.

• Strong perioperative patient care experience.

• Experience working in a fast-paced operating room environment.
