This position will also assist with billing reports and data analysis, assist with case‑management on duty coverage, and contribute to the overall success of the department. Other general administrative and clerical functions are assigned by the team. Position Responsibilities Review/QA SCO records and provide QA reports to the manager of Managed Care Programs. Collaborate with managers and supervisors to review QA standards and expectations during meetings. Assist with the completion of billing reports for various programs. Provide administrative task support to managers and other team members. Provide phone duty coverage. Assist with tracking MassHealth re‑certifications completed for SCO members. Assist with ordering office supplies for Managed Care Programs. File AFC caregiver logs, ensuring that logs have been reviewed and signed by the AFC RN. Ensure AFC caregivers have information to attend required trainings. Review Elira reports as needed. Qualifications Minimum of an Associate's degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of five (5) years of recent relevant administrative support experience preferred. Previous work experience in a healthcare setting and understanding of healthcare terminology preferred. Detail‑ and deadline‑oriented with an innate ability to identify priorities. Time‑management skills are crucial. Excellent data entry and writing skills to compose mailings and letters. Experience with the SAMS system preferred. Ability to maintain professionalism and adapt in multiple healthcare settings. Knowledge and skills to work successfully as a member of an interdisciplinary team to arrange community long‑term care. Ability to make proper judgments, strong written and verbal skills, and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with staff, consumers, and partners. Proficiency in computer systems, including Windows‑based software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to process information accurately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential materials with discretion. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Hours Full time – 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday). This position allows for a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week in office required. Pay Range $20.00 – $21.50.
