AMRAAM Sr Country Manager

Position Summary We are seeking an AMRAAM Senior Country Manager (CM) to report directly to the AMRAAM International Director. The role serves as the principal point of contact for the international community, including the U.S. Government AMRAAM International Program Office and government/military entities of assigned countries. The CM will advocate for the company’s business and financial objectives, generate new post‑production support and ancillary services, act as the engineering/logistics support interface for technical issues, and be the principal Global Trade Compliance liaison for licensing and Export Control Reform compliance. Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the international community, U.S. Government program office, and assigned countries. Advocate on behalf of the company’s business and financial goals to customers. Generate new business opportunities for post‑production support and ancillary services. Serve as the engineering and logistics support interface for technical issues within the International AMRAAM community. Act as the principal Global Trade Compliance interface for licensing and Export Control Reform (ITAR) compliance. Coordinate, facilitate, and assist Program Management Reviews (PMR) and annual Working Group/User Review events. Provide timely responses to technical, sustainment, and business‑related inquiries from international customers. Resolve complex customer issues requiring ingenuity, innovation, engineering, and logistics support. Manage demanding deadlines, balance competing priorities, and handle cultural sensitivities in a USG‑international customer environment while ensuring ITAR and foreign release compliance. Qualifications — Required Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience (or 7 years with an advanced degree). Experience in Program/Project Management, Engineering, or Logistics Support within domestic and/or international business areas. Experience with U.S. Government and/or international contracts. Program Management experience with Profit and Loss responsibilities. Background interfacing with U.S. and international government and industry officials. Active, transferable U.S. Secret security clearance prior to start date. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ITAR licensing requirements. Basic working knowledge of the U.S. Government foreign release process, production contracting, and ITAR licensing. Knowledge of missile systems, specifically AMRAAM programs. Strong interpersonal and customer‑relationship building skills. Familiarity with Raytheon IPDS gate processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time‑critical obligations. Program Management Certified; EVMS Certified. Benefits Salary range: $132,400–$251,600 USD.
