Senior Change Management Consultant

Role Description

As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate and enterprise customers to lead them through envisioning, planning, and delivering user adoption, training, and change management consulting. We will count on you to work closely with clients, demonstrating functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are customized to a client’s specific needs and held to industry standards leading to client satisfaction. Along the way, you will get to:

• Lead change management initiatives for large and complex Customers, with a focus on Google Workspace and/or GCP transformations.
• Cultivate trust with, communicate progress to, and provide strategic guidance for C-Suite and executive Customer stakeholders, as well as internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate high-impact risks and intricate challenges within transformation programs.
• Participate in the continuous evolution and expansion of our change management methodologies, tools, and service offerings, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications

• Google Cloud Digital Leader OR Google Generative AI Leader certified, or able to complete both within the first 6 months of employment.
• A minimum of 3 years exposure to Google Workspace.
• At least 5 years of change management experience.
• At least 5 years internal and/or external consulting experience.
