What You’ll Do Greet patients with genuine warmth and professionalism Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth office flow Handle calls with courtesy and clear communication Process payments and confidently explain insurance and billing Accurately maintain electronic medical records and patient data Resolve concerns calmly and professionally Use strong computer skills to navigate various software systems with ease Who You Are Kind-hearted, humble, and welcoming Highly organized and responsible A strong communicator—even with tough financial topics Confident using technology and picking up new systems A team player with a strong work ethic Looking for a long-term, meaningful role—not just a temporary job What We Offer Consistent Schedule: 4 days a week with a set weekday off and only every 3rd or 4th Saturday (half-day, 8 AM–1 PM) Work-Life Balance: No late nights, no Sundays, and major holidays off Strong Compensation Package:

• 15–$20/hour starting pay
• 200 monthly health care bonus (after 6 months)
