IT Sourcing Specialist

Seeking a results-driven IT Strategic Sourcing Specialist for a 100% remote, four-month contract position, responsible for leading sourcing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the adoption of technology solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as the single point of contact for supplier onboarding and the purchase order process, managing full-cycle adoption decisions Act as the Program Management Officer for pilots and new supplier onboarding, ensuring structured tracking and cross-functional alignment Negotiate complex supplier contracts and establish sourcing frameworks to optimize stakeholder engagement and value delivery Required Qualifications 3+ years of IT sourcing and procurement experience, particularly in technology categories Fluency in the SaaS/software supplier landscape is essential Proven experience managing sourcing pilots and adoption programs Strong negotiation skills with a track record of structuring complex SaaS/software contracts Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
