Role Description The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in either Arlington, WA or Mount Vernon, WA. Our sales team is responsible for connecting with customers inbound and outbound calling, uncovering needs, making product recommendations and achieving sales targets. Qualifications While previous insurance and sales experience can make for a smoother transition, we are open to hiring candidates without experience based on other skills and strengths that they may possess. We are looking for self driven, competitive and coachable team members. Must have WA state insurance licenses (P&C and L&D) or be willing to get them upon accepting a role. Total Compensation This role has a compensation package that includes a base hourly rate, monthly commissions, bonuses, access to medical/dental/vision insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, ongoing training/development, marketing/leads provided, and more.
