Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to support daily food & beverage operations. This role helps lead the team, ensures excellent guest service, and maintains a smooth, high-energy dining environment in our busy sports bar and grill. Ideal for someone with hospitality experience looking to grow into a leadership role. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service
- Train, support, and motivate team members
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Support scheduling and shift management
- One year plus of food & beverage supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Part-time and full-time availability
- Certifications such as TIPS, ServSafe, CPR, or First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Hourly rate: $22.00–$23.00, paid biweekly
