Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist at Phoenix Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for evaluating patients’ physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote movement, reduce pain, and enhance function. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess physical limitations and establish appropriate treatment goals.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and progress.

- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patients’ mobility and functional abilities.

- Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, therapeutic exercises, and home care strategies.

- Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

 

Qualifications:

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
