As a Retail Manager Trainee, you'll learn every aspect of store operations, including:

• Sales and customer relationship building

• Leadership and team development

• Store operations and inventory management

• Hiring, training, and coaching employees

• Merchandising and visual presentation

• Business planning and performance management

• Achieving sales goals and driving profitability

You'll work alongside experienced leaders who will provide the training and support needed to prepare you for a future management role.
