Certifications Required:- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
- Board Certification (or Board Eligible)
March 30, 2026 (or upon credentialing)
Schedule Details:- Monday ? Friday
- Flexible 4 or 5-day work week
- No weekend clinic hours
- Phone call coverage once every 70 days (RN triage takes first call)
- Telemedicine coverage for 2?3 hours on weekends once every 3 months
- Outpatient-only primary care practice
- Provide comprehensive care for all ages: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Manage chronic illnesses, acute care, and injuries
- Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
- Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
- Supported by a hospital-affiliated system and physician-led governance
- Optional teaching opportunities with first-year medical students and NP/PA students
- Opportunities for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Holds current ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications
- Interested in a long-term commitment to the practice
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule and light call rotation
- Committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population
Active New York State medical license required. Not open to licensing candidates at this time.
