Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice in New York’s Capital Region . This role offers a balanced schedule, strong team support, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care across all age groups in a physician-led environment .

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for all ages ‍‍‍
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• See an average of 18–24 patients per day
• Work a 40-hour week (34 patient-facing hours) ⏰
• Participate in light call (phone-only) with RN triage support
• Provide occasional telemedicine coverage on select weekends
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary care teams ‍⚕️‍⚕️
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation ️
• Engage in teaching opportunities (medical students, NP/PA students)

• MD/DO degree
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (or truly Board Eligible within 5 years)
• Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• ACLS & DEA certification required
• Strong interest in primary care across all age groups

• Flexible 4-day or 5-day work week options ️

• Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid with first paycheck)
• Retention Bonus: $25,000 in Year 2
