About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Graduate Enrollment to provide strategic leadership in the recruitment and admission of graduate and adult students. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-informed recruitment and yield strategies, overseeing recruitment staff, and monitoring enrollment performance to meet the institution's enrollment objectives. This role also involves strategic enrollment planning, organizational development, and establishing collaborative partnerships across the campus to enhance the student experience. The AVP will be a key member of the Division of Enrollment Management leadership team, contributing to the advancement of the College's mission and strategic priorities. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of eight years' experience in graduate admission, enrollment management, or a comparable role, with a graduate degree required. The role demands a professional with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, who is proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experience with a CRM, particularly Slate, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, adaptable, and proactive team player, with a strong commitment to customer service and community engagement. Responsibilities also include leading and developing the Graduate Admission team, so a proven track record of leadership and a collaborative approach to management are essential.
