About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enrollment and Student Administration to play a pivotal role in shaping the institution's approach to student enrollment, success, and the overall student experience. The successful candidate will be a strategic and student-centered leader, overseeing a comprehensive portfolio that includes undergraduate admissions, registration, student financial assistance, and support for retention and student success initiatives. This role is central to the company's continued growth and requires a forward-looking, data-informed approach to enrollment strategy, with a focus on selectivity, yield, retention, and graduation rates. The Vice President will be a key architect in aligning enrollment strategy with institutional priorities, strengthening pathways to access and affordability, and enhancing the coherence of the student journey. Collaboration across a highly matrixed organization is essential, as is the ability to leverage data and technology to respond to shifting demographic and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for the full Enrollment and Student Administration portfolio and a commitment to partnering across the institution to provide greater visibility into enrollment strategy and outcomes.
