Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to identify their psychological and emotional needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Engage clients through individual, couple, and family sessions, utilizing techniques grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and other relevant modalities.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions with comfort, utilizing online tools and platforms for effective communication and relationship-building with clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, including training sessions and clinical supervision, to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge of best practices.

• Maintain rigorous adherence to ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and trust in the therapist-client relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes a diverse range of individuals and families confronting various mental health challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active, independent licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of demonstrated experience providing therapeutic services, including evaluation and treatment planning.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to foster connection and manage interpersonal relationships effectively in a virtual setting.
