Experienced Treatment Coordinator needed for a Prosthodontic Practice
Our practice is focused on delivering exceptional dentistry while truly taking care of our patients and our team. We believe in creating a positive, supportive work environment where everyone works together respectfully and genuinely enjoys coming to work each day. Our team culture is one of our greatest strengths.
In addition to working with an amazing team and wonderful patients, our office offers a beautiful workspace with stunning lake views that create a calm and uplifting atmosphere throughout the day.
We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, organized, and passionate about helping patients receive the care they need while contributing positively to a thriving team culture.
Pay

Requirements
Guide patients through complex prosthodontics treatment plans and go over financing options.
Job Description
Our ideal candidate feels comfortable discussing complex treatment plans, helping patients understand the value of comprehensive care, and guiding them through financing and payment options with clarity and empathy. The ability to build trust, create genuine relationships, and help patients feel confident moving forward with treatment is extremely important in this role.

Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & Schedule
- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday : 7 AM - 4 PM; Thursday: 7 AM - 2 PM.
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
