Business Development & Sales Specialist

Job Description
- Used Car Sales & Negotiations Conduct vehicle sales, approach local consumers, and manage professional sales communication to close deals.
- After-Sales Account Management Coordinate and manage aftermarket maintenance inquiries for existing customers to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Market R&D & Implementation Observe local consumer trends, test sales strategies with speed, and provide direct feedback to the management team to refine our Texas market business model constantly.
- English Proficiency - Native level.
- Must be capable of conducting smooth and professional sales conversations and negotiations with local American consumers. - Japanese Proficiency - Conversational level.
- Must be able to handle internal communications with Japanese team members without any issues. - Core Skills - Strong automotive sales communication
- Closing ability - Mindset - An entrepreneurial self-starter who does not wait for step-by-step instructions.
- Able to independently execute ideas, embrace failure as a learning tool, and drive the PDCA cycle at a fast pace.
- (Candidates with a background in independent business or self-employment are highly welcome)
- Relocation Support Financial assistance will be provided for candidates moving from out-of-state.
