Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Manager SEC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance and facilities operations to support safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing activities at Remington Medical. This role manages preventative maintenance programs, equipment repairs, spare parts inventory, and new equipment qualifications while supporting Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to minimize downtime. The position ensures compliance with company procedures, GDP, ISO, and FDA requirements and requires strong hands‑on maintenance experience within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the preventative maintenance (PM) program to ensure equipment reliability and uptime Oversee spare parts inventory to support maintenance and production needs Troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facility systems Support Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency Coordinate and perform installation qualifications (IQ) for new equipment Ensure compliance with company procedures, work instructions, specifications, GDP, ISO, and FDA requirements Monitor maintenance performance metrics, including completion of 97% or more PMs on time Lead, train, mentor, schedule, and coach maintenance personnel Manage outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance support as needed Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized maintenance environment Qualifications 3–5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems Ability to manage preventative maintenance programs and spare parts inventory Understanding of ISO, FDA, and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use a variety of maintenance tools and equipment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Leadership experience including training, mentoring, scheduling, and coaching maintenance personnel Ability to coordinate outside vendors and contractors when necessary High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent hands‑on maintenance experience considered Ability to support extended work hours during peak production periods and occasional overnight travel if needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
