Job Description
We are looking for an organized and hardworking janitor to join our company. You'll be responsible for keeping our building clean. In addition to keeping the inside of the building clean, you may be expected to keep the outside orderly, as well. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, so our janitor needs to be hardworking and willing to perform a range of cleaning duties.
Hours for the position are 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm, 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Gather and empty trash and trash bins
- Notify managers when the building needs major repairs
- Keep buildings secure by locking doors
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming
- Clean bathrooms and stock them with soap, toilet paper, and other supplies
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a commercial janitor is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to/from the work site
- Able to work as a team player
- Basic arithmetic and writing skills
