Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Keep Communities Clean. We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming residential communities. Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, leasing offices, and other shared spaces

Complete apartment turnover cleaning to prepare units for new residents

Perform light outdoor cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining curb appeal

Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to the property team

Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred

Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Comfortable using common cleaning equipment and supplies

Consistent Monday-Friday first-shift schedule

Active, hands-on work that keeps you moving throughout the day

Take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents and visitors

This position is based within a residential community and involves cleaning indoor common areas as well as occasional outdoor grounds cleanup. The role is physically active and requires regular walking, lifting, bending, and standing throughout the day while using standard cleaning tools and equipment.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Williamsville, NY.
