Serving as a dedicated point of contact for client questions and requests
Coordinating travel bookings, reservations, and service arrangements
Communicating with clients through phone, email, and text in a timely manner
Tracking and updating client records with accuracy and care
Collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless client experience
