Supply Chain ManagerWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our upstream and downstream supply chain processes, enhancing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient inventory management. If you are passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.What will you do?Manage the upstream supply chain to ensure both optimal customer service levels and optimal inventory performanceWork with suppliers to improve the flexibility and the responsiveness of the upstream supply chainManage supplier performanceOptimize internal supply chain strategies to minimize logistic costs and align with internal material delivery process principlesManage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure the fulfillment of customer orders in accordance with the Commercial Logistics OfferWork with manufacturing to ensure that there are sufficient resources to fulfill customer demandEnsure monthly updates of material master parameters and replenishment strategies such as RLT, MOQ, stocking policy max stock, etcDesign and implement the upstream and downstream flowsEnsure inventory accuracy, execute cycle counting actions; ensure parts storage safely and properlyManage a team of Warehouse staff to achieve company objectivesImplement Lean Warehouse Architecture practices for all material storage in the facilityAnimate the Master Production Plan by analyzing needs and achievements and aligning to SIOP strategySet and release the vendor forecast and to manage the gap between forecast the real supply demandWhat qualification will make you successful in this position?Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or related discipline required5+ years supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
