The Nickley Group is hiring a Real Estate Showing Agent to support growing buyer demand while developing the next generation of successful agents.
If you're looking for a hands-on way to break into real estate, gain real experience, and grow with a top team, this is a great place to start.
As a Showing Agent, you'll help buyers tour homes throughout the Orlando area and play an important role in creating a great client experience.
You'll work closely with experienced agents, learn proven systems, and build confidence through real-world experience with active clients and live transactions.

Responsibilities
- Show homes to active buyers and help them fall in love with the right one.
- Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and manage showing logistics.
- Support lead agents in preparing listings and coordinating client experiences.
- Learn from top producers through mentorship, training, and real-world experience.
- Build your pipeline and prepare to transition into a full-time sales agent role.
Qualifications
- Fully available
- Passionate about real estate and eager to grow into a full-time agent role.
- Energetic, personable, and confident in client-facing situations.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication.
- Licensed (or in the process of getting licensed) in Florida.
- Ready to work hard, learn fast, and have fun doing it.
