Associate Director, Chief of Staff - People Experience

Associate Director Chief of Staff position supporting the People Experience leadership team at a pharmaceutical company. The role optimizes the PE organization's operations, strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration while serving as a strategic advisor to senior HR leaders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with PE leadership to define strategy and identify gaps affecting execution
- Own continuous improvement of PE organization structure, decision-making processes, and work operations
- Lead portfolio management of strategic initiatives and drive rigorous prioritization frameworks
- Design and improve PE organizational rhythms including meetings, planning cycles, and communications
- Foster high-performing culture and serve as connector across PE sub-functions and enterprise stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in HR, strategy, operations, or related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to operate at senior level and influence without direct authority
- Proven track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
- Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal, for senior audiences
- High learning agility and comfort navigating ambiguity
