Associate Director, Omnichannel Experience Lead - Oncology

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director to lead omnichannel digital strategy and client relationships within its oncology marketing division. The role involves managing digital innovation initiatives, directing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between brand objectives and digital lab capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with oncology brand teams as primary contact
  • Oversee development and execution of digital lab strategies that drive measurable client engagement and business results
  • Provide indirect leadership to Digital Lab team members and facilitate collaborative solution development
  • Communicate Digital Lab contributions and digital innovation impact to senior marketing leadership
  • Develop and manage brand budgets while ensuring financial transparency and resource allocation

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of digital marketing or related professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Prior experience as Experience Lead, Account Lead, or equivalent in digital or advertising agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, technology trends, and innovation processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing budgets and financial objectives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills
