We are currently seeking dependable and motivated CNC Mill Operators (Level I & II) to join our manufacturing team in Walnut, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with CNC machining experience who want long-term employment, hands-on work, and opportunities to advance.

Responsibilities

Operate and load CNC milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
Maintain quality standards and production accuracy
Follow safety and production procedures

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of CNC operator experience required
Minimum 1 year of CNC setup experience required
Experience reading blueprints required
Experience using precision measuring instruments required
Basic math and mechanical skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and within a team
